Power Versus Subversion In America, Part 2


The story of America was, and remains, a story of subversion versus power. The subversives of America (and of the whole Judeo-Christian tradition) believe that justice stands above the ruler – above any and every ruler – and that they, as individuals, have the right to judge rulers as just or unjust, with all that implies.



By cutting American history up into little slices, the meaning of the whole has been lost. This issue covers the second part of that whole, into the 19th century.
